Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Zellerhaus, LLC ("we", "us") covering the Lockout! mobile app and the website at lockoutthegame.com, together the "Service". By using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Using the Service

• We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your own entertainment.
• You must be at least 13 years old, or have a parent or guardian's permission.
• Do not copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell the Service, interfere with how it works, use cheats or automation, or use it to break the law.
• If you enter a player name, keep it free of anything unlawful, hateful or impersonating someone else.

Purchases

The app is free to download and shows ads. An optional in-app purchase removes them. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google under their terms, and refunds are handled by the store you bought from. If a purchase does not show up, use Restore Purchases in the app or write to support@lockoutthegame.com.

Our intellectual property

The Lockout! name and logo, the board design, the rules as written, and the artwork, sounds and code are owned by Zellerhaus, LLC or its licensors. Playing cards themselves are, of course, everybody's.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what data is collected and why.

Changes and availability

We may update, change or discontinue any part of the Service, including features such as online play, at any time. Progress stored on your device can be lost if you delete the app or change phones.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Zellerhaus, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the past twelve months or US $10. Some places do not allow these limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Ending these terms

You can stop at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend access for anyone who breaks these terms.

Apple and Google

These terms are between you and Zellerhaus, LLC, not Apple or Google. Neither is responsible for the app or for supporting it. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement also applies to the iOS app, and Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these terms with the right to enforce them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Texas. Consumer protections you have under the law of your own country still apply.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
